Scope Of Work
Conversion of a 66,000 square foot Supermarket to a 39,800 square foot TJ Maxx/Home Goods Tenant Fit-out and a 26,200 square foot future Tenant Space. The scope included full interior demolition and exterior structural demolition. Demolition of the front 3,000 square feet required shoring to support the existing structure until new footings and steel were in place. The project included an exterior EIFS façade over structural studs/sheathing, new sidewalk, storefront, roofing replacement, new HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems, a slab Moisture Mitigation system and exterior finishes. Both the 39,800 square foot TJ Maxx/Home Goods Fit-out and the 26,200 square foot future Tenant Space were completed in an accelerated time frame of 160 days.
