Scope Of Work
New construction of a 50,000 sf LEED© Gold certified elementary school. At the time of its completion, this was the first new school constructed in Springfield (Delaware County) in over 50 years. The project includes learning centers dispersed throughout the site, ranging from science and sculpture gardens, to alphabet walks and exterior classrooms. Additionally, the project incorporates a vast array of elements of sustainable design, including geothermal heating, recycling and green roof systems.
