Scope Of Work
A. Martini & Co. recently completed the construction of a new retail branch and corporate offices for Bank of America and Merrill Lynch in Robinson. This new, out-of-the-ground structure was 6,800sf and included a new drive-through teller line and ATM. Inside the branch boasts five private offices, one teller line, and a central lobby area with a digital access bar/co-working space. Joining the Bank of America and Merrill Lynch spaces is a lobby with two walk-up ATMs.
The Merrill Lynch office entails 3 private offices, 3 cubical offices, a private conference room, a coffee bar, and a customer waiting area.
This newest location for Bank of America is the fifth, ground-up, construction project that A. Martini & Co. has constructed for the retail banking client.
The $3.4M project was completed in 16 weeks and our team collaborated with the Owner’s Rep, CBRE, and Gensler on the design.
