Scope Of Work
The St. Vincent St. Mary Cosgrove Center is a two-story gymnasium equipped with a regulation size basketball court, locker rooms, a wrestling facility and fitness center. The 19,870-square-foot building was opened in time for the 2009-2010 school year.
Green resources were incorporated into the design of this building in the form of a computerized, geothermal HVAC system which utilized 20 geothermal wells that extended 500 feet underground.
