William Barker and Cullen Lovette have been developing and building in the Triangle market since 1986. The two principals each have twenty plus years in the real estate and construction industry spanning sales, investments, development, property management and general construction. Our project base is composed of medical facilities, educational and research institutions, high tech development facilities, light industrial, retail, churches, and traditional offices.
