One of Kirkland's latest hotel projects was the Courtyard by Marriott on Scott Padgett Parkway. The 77,500 s.f. hotel is seven stories, has 123 rooms and was constructed of structural steel, light gauge structural steel studs, precast concrete plans, EIFS, and membrane roof. Amenities include The Bistro Restaurant, full-service bar, two meeting rooms totaling 2,799 s.f., indoor pool and fitness center.
