Scope Of Work
Arbor Landing on N.C. 179 is a 61,600 s.f., two story Independent Living Retirement facility featuring 70 senior-friendly apartments in six styles ranging in size from a 468 s.f. studio to an 811 s.f. two bedroom unit. The complex also includes fitness room, community and priving dining rooms with restaurant style dining, library, activity room, laundry facilities and beauty salon.
The facility was constructed using metal studs, Hardie Plank Siding and brick veneer.
