David Hill's Bio
David Hill is the founder and visionary behind, David Hill Builders, Inc. In 1989, having been interested in refurbishing and renovating homes his entire life, David took a leap of faith. With his entrepreneurial spirit, David started a small construction company in Mount Airy, NC, out of the back of his pickup truck. That company would thrive and develop into David Hill Builders, a most recommended and respected and name in building. Today, David continues to lead the company, providing leadership, opportunity, and creative solutions. Even with its growth and success, David Hill Builders continues to reflect David’s original drive and personal devotion to family, community and integrity.
David is well known for his industry experience, uncompromising standards in quality construction, and accessibility to clients, team members, vendors and business partners. He is a dynamic individual, actively involved in every company project from pre-construction to final approval, which is unique for a general contractor of our size. This hands-on approach not only creates successful project outcomes, it is a key tool in developing leaders within the organization.
It has been said that David’s greatest strength is his deep-rooted commitment to honesty and integrity. From his company’s very beginning, he has demonstrated a profound commitment to superior customer service by being honorable, straightforward and fair. Even with the prospect of losing potential business, David will always be forthcoming with quotes and provide realistic expectations. “It’s best to be upfront and honest than to omit and hide potential costly expenses.”
