Scope Of Work
Description of scope of work
The construction process of Public School 170 was broken down into 3 phases:
Phase 1 included the demolition of the exisitng building stairway and the connection of temperory gas and electrical services.
Phase 2 included the construction of the new addition
Phase 3 and Phase 4 relate to the upgrade of the exisitng building and is currently ongoing.
Additionally, the new building boasts a multi purpose gym, multiple play areas for the children including an early childhood play yard and a 2nd floor roof top play yard complete with neo designed & constructed safety netting system and an auditorium.
Currently phase 1 and 2 of the project have been completed. The ongoing work involves the reconsturction of the enitre first floor of the old building and is scheduled to be completed by the Summer of 2016.
