S. DiGiacomo & Son, Inc. was a lead Contractor for the buildout and/or renovation of over 20 Barnes and Noble retail locations in the New York metro area. Scope of work at each location varied from simple moves and changes, office alterations, and repairs to new constructions, gut renovations and exterior rehabilitations. Challenges included maintaining existing store operations during renovations, sidewalk/scaffolding safety for new constructions, and meeting an agressive schedule
