Scope Of Work
Hudson Meridian is the Construction Manager for this award winning Landmark building. The current three-story structure will be converted to an eight-story luxury condominium building. The beautifully designed building will include retail space, lobby entrance, and six single floor luxury condominiums and a duplex penthouse on the top two floors. The interior finishes will have quality high-end finishes from floor to ceiling with imported millwork and stones. The façade will boast triple glazed windows for maximum efficiency and a one of a kind terracotta façade.
