Scope Of Work
40 New luxury condominiums and 8 New luxury townhomes. New Vistas role as property manager is the oversight of operation such as repairs, maintenance and bookkeeping. Coordination of all daily property management issues and assist in developing a 12 month budget for operating and capital reserve accounts. New Vistas will also directly work with Development Directions LLC for the development of an Operating Manual and Affirmative Marketing Plan for the certification of low and moderate income purchaser.
