Scope Of Work
Located in the heart of Washington, DC’s Pennsylvania Avenue corridor, the project totals over 3,100,000 square feet and is the second-largest federal building constructed since the Pentagon. Designed to complement adjacent historic structures, the neoclassical style is designed with a contemporary flair. The complex is distinguished from most government buildings by its size and unusually rich mix of office, cultural, commercial, entertainment and educational space.
