Scope Of Work
Since 1966, MSS has increased efficiency, comfort, and reliability for owners, operators, and occupiers throughout North America. JenCon worked hand in hand with the MSS team to create an efficient, effective layout while navigating the challenge of close proximity to streets, railroad tracks, and buildings. Once completed, the location featured a state-of-the-art executive suite for the owner, new offices for key company leaders, elevator access to the second floor, and new restroom facilities for the location’s warehouse – all created with minimal impact on business operations and no interruption to neighboring businesses.
