Scope Of Work
The East Village Block Apartment Building is a four-story, wood framed, 50-unit apartment complex comprised of 30 two bedroom and 20 one bedroom apartments on the east side of downtown Kansas City. The exterior is made of brick and stucco and the design elements complement the existing architecture of buildings in the area including City Hall, JE Dunn Construction Headquarters, the Federal Courthouse and the Department of Transportation Building.
