Scope Of Work
Spire is a contemporary high-rise community located in the heart of downtown Denver. This LEED certified building features 496-units, a 33-story residential tower arising from an eight-story parking podium with ground floor retail. The parking podium includes deeded automobile, motorcycle and scooter parking in addition to homeowner storage lockers and bicycle storage rooms. The amenity levels (floors 3, 9, 10 and 42) include outdoor pools, spas, fire pit, community grilling area, clubrooms, cafe area, multi-media screening theater, dog park and extensive health club facility amid landscaping.
