Scope Of Work
JE Dunn worked with AMLI on a new upscale apartment community and public park in Atlanta’s Buckhead community. The park involved sitework, underground utilities, hardscaping, site walls, sidewalks, a fountain and a pool that will service the new apartment complex known as AMLI 3464. The new 19-story cast in place tower, a five-story low-rise building and precast parking deck features an elevated pool deck with fitness center, movie viewing room, business lounge, and two clubrooms.
