Scope Of Work
EMJ's work this Chattanooga, Tenn., project consists of the renovation of an existing basement space at Warehouse Row to create a mercantile shell space for a new restaurant tenant, Two Ten Jack. The total space is 6,050 square feet and scopes of work include remodeling existing restrooms, demolition of walls while creating new masonry openings, pouring new basement slab, installing new custom grease traps for this tenant and future restaurant tenants, installing eight new mechanical units, and complete landlord MEP retrofit.
