Scope Of Work
The owners had approached Northstar with the request of designing and building a new high tech office in their existing warehouse space. By utilizing the existing height of the warehouse, soaring windows were installed to bring natural light into the office. A mezzanine with an overlooking balcony was created to house a conference room and an exercise room. Private offices were created under this mezzanine space for the three partners. A “bullpen” work area with our custom workstations occupies the main floor of the office in the aura of the converted warehouse space that the owners wished to achieve.
