Abbott Land developed and sold to Copart a total of 117-acres in its Elgin Industrial Park on Route 20 in Elgin, IL. This location is one of Copart"s largest facilities out of its 170 +/- worldwide. Copart is a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange (symbol: CPRT). It is the leading auto salvage and auction company in the world.
A special use was obtained from the city of Elgin for a commercial operations yard.
