Scope Of Work

Pine Street Elementary is a 120,000 SF, 2-story “wing design” elementary school with a capacity to hold up to 900 students. This school is filled with innovative features including an outdoor amphitheater, large windows for ample amounts of natural lighting, a ceiling baffle sound system throughout, and color-coded corridors to make the new school easy to navigate for elementary school students. This school replaced the old Pine Street Elementary School established in 1957, and to commemorate the former school building, a mural was painted on the wall of the entryway to welcome guests, new and old.
