Scope Of Work

This unique project began with the demolition of an existing suspended concrete swimming pool, locker rooms, offices, community rooms, and several load bearing walls. This allowed for the build out of sixteen (16) new apartments complete with high end finishes, appliances, and lighting. The addition of large conference rooms, executive offices, children’s play area, laboratories, restrooms, computer rooms, two story entrance, security office, and resource libraries transformed this facility into a high quality, functioning facility. High security materials were used throughout the building to provide a safe and comfortable living environment.
