Scope Of Work
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
The Administrative Building, our first building for Dogwood Church, is a 7,600 s.f. pre-engineered metal building structure that houses the church’s office staff. The exterior of the church is made up of brick and EIFS and standing seam metal roof. The front porch is positioned to the right of the entrance to provide a relaxing shaded area for the staff to congregate. The interior of the building consists of multiple offices, restrooms, and a break room with a kitchenette, a conference room and a large work room. This building was designed and modeled after the existing buildings on the campus.
