Scope Of Work
As time has changed, Camp Glisson has changed as well. In the late 1990s, the camp began an ambitious program of renovating and repairing their old buildings, and replacing the old concrete block cabins. Ivie Lodge was the first new building for the camp.
It has guest rooms, a kitchen, meeting rooms, and a wide front porch that overlooks Cane Creek. Swofford Construction contracted with Camp Glisson on a Cost Plus a Fee basis. At the completion of this project, approximately $80,000.00 of savings were returned to the camp.
