Project Size: 73,000 sq.ft.
Included in our Initial contract, the owner chose to purchase the pre-engineered structure utilizing their taxexempt status. The structure value and sales tax was then deducted from the contract. Phased construction was implemented to achieve completion of some buildings within 5 months of the project commencing. The balance of the work was completed as faculty and students occupied the completed portions of the project. Coordination, scheduling and safety were maintained throughout the project.
