Scope Of Work
Albritton Williams worked with BFBC as a Construction Manager for this project, utilizing the AIA A111 Cost Plus / Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract. The Church, which is the centerpiece of the expanding Bradfordville community, has seating capacity of approximately 1,300. Construction consisted of conventional footings, CMU bearing walls, and a bar joist / metal deck roof structure.
