Scope Of Work
ACGNA completed the comprehensive renovation of the Holiday Inn in Norwich, Connecticut. This $3.2 million project included a complete exterior and interior transformation.
The exterior refacing project incorporated existing balconies into interior guest room spaces. The exterior work was completed in just three months during the heart of winter in order to coincide with the hotel’s off-season.
Interior construction featured complete renovation of all guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors. In addition, public spaces were renovated for code and ADA compliance and featured updated fixtures, finishes, and furniture. The front desk, public rest rooms, ballroom, meeting spaces, restaurant, bar, and locker rooms were also renovated. The entire project was completed in five months.
