Scope Of Work
Design/Build construction 30,000 square foot new metal building, 39’ high, consists of 1,276 square foot of break room, restrooms, and viewing mezzanine. Remaining space is open to have conveyor equipment to be used for recycling process. Site consists of 1.6 acres with 37,675 square foot of parking with on-site storm water detention, landscaping, street improvements and utilities (water, gas, & sanitary).
