Scope Of Work
Designed to offer residents convenience, the Landmark development is located near T-REX light-rail stations and includes high-end dining and shopping, specialty spa and recreation access, and distinctive luxury residences. Built by Beck, the 15-story Landmark Meridian includes 147-residential units, one level of retail and four levels of parking. The luxury units feature distinctive high-end finishes, including travertine and hardwood floors, specialty faucets, hardware, and lighting fixtures. The Landmark Meridian was awarded Colorado Construction magazine’s Gold Hard Hat Award.
