Scope Of Work
Domain Tower 2 is a new high-rise office building developed on a 1.535-acre site located near Burnet Road and Braker Lane in North Austin.
This 24-story, 308ft tall Class AA core and shell office building is designed to accommodate either single or multiple tenants. The project is pursuing LEED v4 core and shell certification boasting numerous high-performance and energy efficiency measures. The transfer level (14) includes an exclusive fitness center, state-of-the-art conference and meeting rooms, and expansive outdoor terrace with views of the new Austin FC stadium. Total construction area is approximately 755,000 SF with 330,000 SF of office space, 1,000 parking stalls, and 6,000 SF of ground level rentable space.
