Scope Of Work
Beck has provided integrated design-build services for the Catalyst Health-Tech Innovation, located in the heart of River North (RiNo) Denver. This 180,000-square-foot, 7-story core and shell office facility combines digital health-tech companies in collaborative environments. The project also includes a 370-car parking structure, 16,000 square feet of retail, community kitchen, shared board room and conferencing options.
The building is intended to redefine the standard office space. The use of common space, more so than typical Core and Shell offices, is designed with a layout and thought process to facilitate “serendipitous collisions” between all tenants. Although a specific tenant group is in mind, the building needs to be adaptable to future tenants and stand the test of time through relating to its context both within the RiNo district and the Colorado vernacular.
The project is designed to function as a stand-alone project, but also adaptable to a 120,000-square-foot Phase 2 future building.
