Scope Of Work

200 Park Place is a modern, state-of-the-art office building with high-end office space that was developed at Westheimer Road and Mid Lane and master planned to be a part of a mixed-use development including residential, retail, hotel, and a second office building.

The 15-story building contains nine floors of Class A mulit-tenant office space with unique amenities such as a landscaped terrace and conference center on the ninth floor. The building anchors the western corner on Westheimer and will include space for a ground floor restaurant, seven floors of above ground parking and connects to a landscaped park that is the heart of the overall development.
