Scope Of Work
This 18,000 sf building is the Sothern California headquarters for the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District. It is a functional woof frame structure with stucco exterior. Inside it has an 860 sf conference room and 1,120 sf Video and Telecommunications area with a 9,000 sf laboratory and garage. The building is LEED Silver certified with rooftop solar panels.
