Scope Of Work
The United Health Care tenant improvement is a 55,000 square foot office build-out located within the Liberty Center office building, also built by Current Builders. The build-out was performed on a fast-track basis to condense the overall construction schedule. The office space includes a smart lighting system to harvest natural daylight into the occupied spaces which reduces the buildings energy costs.
