Scope Of Work

Complete site development and construction management 243,000 square distributed through three, 81,000 square foot office/warehouse buildings. Each building features an ESFR fire sprinkler system, Class B fire alarm system, 30' clear height, 9-1/4" thick concrete tilt-wall with structural steel, hurricane impact-rated storefront glass and glazing system, 28 overhead doors.
