Scope Of Work
This renovation project consists of the modernization and updating of the atriums of two buildings located on the North 40 Campus. The interior pipe railing was removed and replaced with point supported glass railing. The curved radius outside corners of the stair landings were squared off to provide an updated appearance. The atrium floor was reconfigured and covered with a modern palette of 24" x 48" running bond porcelain tile. Oversized pendant lighting is strategically placed to accent touch down spaces. Key entry points were enhanced with enlarged entrance portals clad in Natural Brushed Alucobond paneling and oversized paver walkways that extend to the adjacent parking lots.
