Scope Of Work
Located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, the Metro Professional Building is a three-story office building with two elevated floors dedicated to office space and ground floor structured parking. The 22,000 square foot project scope included tenant improvements on the second and third floors. The floor plans consist of a mix of open offices, cubicles, and conference spaces all done with Class “A” finishes. The building utilizes a three-story machine room less traction elevator with both front and rear doors to access the full floor private office spaces.
