Scope Of Work
This project consists of an 8,000 square foot residential building that had been left in disrepair and was renovated and converted into mercantile space for interior design shows. Viewed as a tear-down by many people, the developer desired the “old Miami” look of the original structure and opted to restore the building despite the fact that the 2nd floor of the structure had begun to collapse. The facility now offers two levels of exquisite and versatile meeting space of various sizes that can be utilized as a totally self-contained facility or can be combined with an expansive outdoor patio, open-air terrace and tropical garden. The venue services as a prime backdrop for indoor or outdoor gatherings. The project embraces modern updates while maintaining the character and historic charm of the existing residences.
