Scope Of Work
This 30,000 square foot tenant interior renovation was designed to create numerous traffic patterns to encourage spontaneous employee interaction. Indirect lighting was utilized to reduce glare at the 200 plus work stations. Prior to the renovation, the building had two sunken loading docks that extended 40’back into the usable building space. These loading docks were structural elements that required retrofitting to allow for the new open floor plan. The building’s north and west elevations offered no natural light and required the addition of 35 window openings.
