Scope Of Work
Complete site development and construction management of two, 100,000 square foot office/ warehouse buildings. Each building features an ESFR fire sprinkler system, Class B fire alarm system, 30' clear height, 9-1/4" thick concrete tilt-wall with structural steel, hurricane impact-rated storefront glass and glazing system, 44 overhead doors. The buildings were constructed in accordance with LEED requirements with Building A achieving LEED Silver Certification and Building B achieving LEED Gold Certification
