Scope Of Work
This project scope addressed the disconnection and relocation of the existing chiller, fire pump and generator from a remote engineering facility. The systems were relocated to the existing office building and the remote engineering facility area was used to expand the office building. The new chillers were placed on top of the existing office building with the new fire pump located on the building interior. The 1.5 MW backup generator was relocated to the rear of the building. All work was performed while maintaining day-to-day operations of the five-story office building.
