Scope Of Work
Tenant Improvements to divide 7,260 SF into two separate shop spaces to house the ASR Uniform Shop and the San Francisco Credit Union. DBI provided the designing consultants, lease agreement coordination and managed the permitting requirements in addition to building out the shop spaces. The entire project was scheduled within a 4 week window which included: demolition, framing, drywall, HVAC, electrical, new storefronts, cabinetry, painting and flooring and was completed as scheduled
