Scope Of Work
Seismic Upgrade consisting of adding new base isolators under existing building while facility remained fully operational. DJM engineered the shoring and temporary support of the existing structure prior to installing the isolators. Extensive team review of the shoring calculations and working with the City to approve the design to ensure a safe system resulted in a safe and successful completion.
