8500 Burton Way’s ultramodern design and luxury yacht-inspired elevations create a futuristic, elegant streetscape with curved lines, an elegant smooth-plaster and stone façade, pronounced deck-edge elements, and dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass. The unique residential project has pedestrian-friendly streetscapes and garden terraces. The project offers 87 luxury rental units on five levels, above a full-service Trader Joe’s market and four levels of parking. The concrete structure incorporates a stone and smooth-plaster facade, a rooftop oculus and rooftop amenity deck, with spa and 600-SF saltwater pool.
