Scope Of Work
AGI constructed this 11,500 square-foot OSHPD 3 dialysis clinic, encompassing 24 stations and one bloodborne isolation station. The project entailed highly complex coordination and construction of the clinic’s custom high-capacity reverse osmosis water treatment/filtration system along with the associated underground and overhead water lines that feed all stations with clean water. Interior work called for the construction of two-hour fire-rated separation between the Type-I occupancy and Type-B occupancy areas of the tenant space.
