Scope Of Work
Scope: Phase 1: New 5,000 sq. ft. conference center, 250,000 gallon rainwater storage cistern. Phase 2: 2,000 sq. ft. Environmental Learning Center, watershed demonstration garden, sitework. Shell: Painted steel structure, wood siding, aluminum storefront, stucco. Sustainable: Blue jean insulation, Icynene insulation, wheat grass cabinets, energy conserving HVAC, duel flush toilets. Construction time: Phase 1: 13 months / Phase 2: 12 months.
