Scope Of Work

Complete remodeling of existing building plus a 2 story addition upgraded the original office space to a state of the art spinal surgical center. This project required all facets of construction from a new elevator, med gas equipment, to flooring, and a complete build out of all interior spaces. The original budget was increased do to extensive vandalism to the infrastructure. the elevator and electric service were stripped beyond repair. The exterior of the building was upgraded with a new EIFS finish, and the parking lot was regraded and new paving installed.
