Scope Of Work

Steak 44 is an extensive remodel of the former Cork ‘N Cleaver, the chophouse established in 1978 and damaged by a fire in 2010. LGE preserved the building’s charm while transforming it into a new upscale urban oasis. The newly remodeled 8,421 SF steakhouse features all new interior and exterior finishes, including private dining areas, a sunken bar with patios, and an exposed show kitchen. Upon entering Steak 44, guests will walk through a 3,000-bottle wine vault in the entryway on their way to the sunken bar area or one of the many dining rooms. Steak 44 showcases a warm, approachable, and upscale atmosphere.
