Scope Of Work
This 6,800sf unsprinkled building is framed with wood studs and wood trusses in the living quarters side, and masonry and wood trusses for the two truck bay with Brick Veneer, and heavy duty asphalt parking lot and rear entry concrete driveway with a 6' dry stack masonry retaining wall. The living quarters have a fire rated attic above the Acoustical Ceiling and painted fire rated walls. with Kitchen, Dayroom, Duty Office, Shop/Mechanical Room, Lobby and Sleeping Rooms, and a diesel backup Generator.
