Scope Of Work
This 6,400sf sprinkled Pre-engineered Metal Building is framed with steel studs in the living quarters side and Split-face Concrete Masonry for the two truck bay with an Concrete parking lot and rear entry driveway with concrete curb and gutters. The living quarters have six bunk rooms with 6' high walls and Acoustical Ceilings. Restrooms with prefabricated Showers, with Kitchen, Dayroom, Duty Office, Shop with exterior Overhead Door, all with fire rated painted sheetrock walls. and a natural gas backup Generator.
